We develop and implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plans; write training manuals, research and develop menus and recipes; train staff on FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) operations.
We have consulted and opened Retro Lounge and Grill; a 120 seat restaurant. Catered social event of 150 people for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Supported local churches with culinary events and cooking demos feeding over 800 people.
